5/16/2010

A broken heart is really a broken expectation that another would fill our needs. Our heart can only be broken if we are rigid in our expectations and rules about how our partner should be. When we are willing and let go of our expectations, we have a certain flexibility, and our heart cannot be broken.

Today, Take a look at where you are experiencing some form of heart break or where you are still suffering from an old heartbreak.
